Pinot Gris fermented on the skins for 8 days in concrete tank and concrete egg, then aged on the lees in the same vessels for six months. Relatively light orange wine, citrus and spice with a lovely bitter freshness.
Serra Oca 2019 Moscatel Graudo, Quinta do Olival da Murta
Open tank fermentation with skin contact for 3 days, and finished in stainless steel. Very intense Moscatel aromatics with fine tannins and good structure.
